Power-ups, avatars for dialogue, more small changes

Been a while since i did a write-up on all the changes that happened lately.

Some changes already happened a while ago, but i thought it makes sense to create a short summary, as some changes might not be obvious on the surface.

1) Pocket platformer now has power-ups. That means that the player can acquire new abilities mid-game, like double-jump, wall-jump etc. Some great metroidvania type games have already been created with this feature :)

2) It's now possible to add avatars to your dialogue. You can choose any sprite from the "deco" section for it, although you are not limited to it, as you can also create new custom deco and use those. That makes the amount of possible avatars unlimited :)

you also have the option to choose the avatars position and an optional border.

3) Another small addition are 2 new block types. One is similar to the standard disappearing block, but it also will make neighbouring disappearing blocks disappear. The other block type will change it's state with every jump.

4) Some other small noteworthy additions:

  • Rockets can now optionally have no colission with walls. That way you can create ghost-type enemies which follow you everywhere.
  • NPC dialogue can also start by touching an NPC, without interacting.
  • The flashlight effect has a slider for the alpha value of the background. That way you can darken the background, but still keep it visible.
  • 2 simple death animations and 1 transition type were added.
  • The UI for paths was improved. Now you can put objects on a path, click the object again and edit the object's value and the path's value right away.
  • Levels which were smaller than default size had a slightly "jumpy" camera. It was improved.
